Incredible Perfumes - Miami Fragrances

1.	I confirm that I am of legal age and legally eligible to work in the United States of America and possess a valid social security number and/or tax I.D. and a state issued driver’s license or other form of picture I.D. and will be able to provide a copy of these documents via U.S.P.S. mail delivery or via e-mail (email at your own risk)at my own expense within 1 month of employment.

2.	I have read and understood the job description and requirements as stated in the "Terms" segment on the sales representative application page of the www.incperfumes.com website which is a requisite of this position.  

3.	I understand that I will be issued commissions on my sales either by check or bank transfer based on the number of sales that are ordered using my unique vendor id/coupon code.  I also understand that my commissions are based on net profits generated by perfume sales.  Definition of net profits is the amount left over after all expenses have been covered including but not limited to credit card processing fees, shipping charges if applicable, etc.

4.	I understand that I can cancel my position with Incredible Perfumes, Inc. at anytime and that Incredible Perfumes, Inc. can terminate my position as well with or without notice for any reason whatsoever.

5.	I understand that in order to receive residual income from my sales on a continued basis, I must re-apply to this position within the month of January of every year

6.	I understand that any returns due to dissatisfactions with the product or damage to the product delivered will result in the reduction of my commissions earned as applicable.
